Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef I use Kirkland's Signature Organic Ground Beef
  • 2.5 tbsp Golden Monkfruit Sweetener I use Lakanto
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos I use Coconut Secret original raw coconut aminos
  • 1 clove garlic diced
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 green onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional
  • 1/4-1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 package shirataki noodles

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, crumble beef and brown on medium high heat until about half-way cooked
  • While beef is cooking, place sesame oil, coconut aminos and golden monkfruit in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Set aside
  • Mix in garlic and ginger to beef. Cook beef completely
  • Drain off grease from beef
  • Pour prepared coconut amino sauce over beef and stir to evenly coat beef
  • Over low heat, allow sauce to simmer until thickens, about 2-3 minutes
  • Serve hot over caulirice, shirataki noodles or place in Romain lettuce leaves
  • Top with green onions, crushed red pepper flakes and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
