Ingredients
1lbground beefI use Kirkland's Signature Organic Ground Beef
2.5tbspGolden Monkfruit SweetenerI use Lakanto
1/4cupcoconut aminosI use Coconut Secret original raw coconut aminos
1clovegarlicdiced
1/4tspground ginger
1green onionthinly sliced
1tspsesame seedsoptional
1/4-1tspcrushed red pepper flakesoptional
1packageshirataki noodles
Instructions
In a large skillet, crumble beef and brown on medium high heat until about half-way cooked
While beef is cooking, place sesame oil, coconut aminos and golden monkfruit in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Set aside
Mix in garlic and ginger to beef. Cook beef completely
Drain off grease from beef
Pour prepared coconut amino sauce over beef and stir to evenly coat beef
Over low heat, allow sauce to simmer until thickens, about 2-3 minutes
Serve hot over caulirice, shirataki noodles or place in Romain lettuce leaves
Top with green onions, crushed red pepper flakes and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
